Winemaker Notes

The Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is grown from three different vineyard sites along the Mayacamas Mountain Range. The Peline vineyards are on the bench and hillsides while the Silverwood and Ellis vineyards are high on the mountain. This is a big wine that will age for years to come, but can be enjoyed in the near term as well due to its abundant, yet soft tannins.

Food Pairing

This is a fantastic wine to be paired with a Bone-in Rib Eye.
