The odds are definitely in your favor with our Single Deck Cabernet Sauvignon. We picked the name Single Deck in reference to this wine’s single vineyard sourcing in the Alexander Valley, and to reference a favorable table when playing a hand of Black Jack. Single Deck comes from a vineyard block which sits at an elevation of 1180 feet above the valley floor. This elevation, combined with rocky soils stress the vines, creating intense berries which are rich in flavor and character.
On the nose, there is a perfume of espresso roast, chocolate, and red cherry which is followed by hints of sage, and rich berry fruit. This killer Cabernet has mineral driven tannins and a long elegant finish.

In the game of Blackjack each card is dealt from the deck(s), the odds of any remaining card — like an Ace or 10 — coming up next is constantly changing. If you're playing a single deck game, before any cards have been dealt, you know the odds and they’re definitely in your favor.
